Dr Marcin Byczyk accomplished with very good results legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration in Poznan. He also defended his PhD thesis in the field of substantial criminal law. Since 2012 he is a member of the bar in Poznań.
Dr Marcin Byczyk has published numerous papers on the criminal law as well as on the history of law in respectable legal journals. Moreover, he has been invited to hold speeches and presentations at the universities in Poland, Germany and in the United States. He speaks Polish, German, English as well as Spanish and has scientific publications in the first three languages. His independent legal office exists in Poznań since 2016.
